We believe you’ll love AP products, but if there’s any issue, we’re committed to making it right. Please contact us if you’re not satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: Available for all orders exceeding a specified minimum amount, as periodically notified. 

– Cash-On-Delivery (COD):  Currently not available for customers, with final shipping rates provided at checkout.

– Order Processing: Orders are processed promptly upon receipt. Notification will be sent if an order cannot be canceled once processed.

Wrong Item Delivered

Step 1: Within 3 days of delivery, email support@apworld.in or WhatsApp at 8000006021with photos of the incorrect item and your order ID.

Step 2: Allow us 48 hours to review your request.

Step 3:We’ll arrange for our courier partner to pick up the incorrect item.

Step 4: If reverse pickup is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative solution.

Step 5:Upon item pickup, we’ll dispatch the correct product or process a refund based on stock availability.

 Item Damaged

Follow the same steps as for a wrong item delivered, providing evidence of the damage.

Non-Returnable/Replaceable Conditions

– Opened/used/altered products.

– Missing original packaging.

– Replacement request made more than 3 days after delivery.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted before the order is processed. After processing, cancellations are not possible.
