Refund policy

– Step 1:Within 3 days of delivery, email hello@apworld.in or WhatsApp at [AP Customer Service Number] with pictures of the wrong item and your order ID.

– Step 2:Allow us 48 hours to review your request.

– Step 3:We’ll arrange for our courier partner to collect the incorrect item.

– Step 4:If reverse pickup is unavailable, we’ll find an alternative for you.

– Step 5: Upon pickup, we’ll dispatch the correct product or issue a refund, depending on stock availability.

Item Damaged or Manufacturer Defect

– Follow the same steps as above, providing evidence of the damage.

Conditions Where Returns/Replacements Are Not Possible:

– Opened/used/altered products.

– Missing original packaging.

– Requests made more than 3 days after delivery.

– Makeup category items cannot be returned or refunded.

Order Cancellation

– Cancellations are accepted before order processing. After processing, cancellations are not possible.

Shipping Policy

– Free Shipping:Available for orders above a certain value, subject to periodic notification.

– COD:Currently not available, with final shipping rates confirmed at checkout.

Pricing Information

– We strive for accurate pricing and product information but occasional errors may occur.

– Order Confirmation:Prices and availability are confirmed upon order dispatch.

– Pricing Errors:We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing or information errors, with refunds issued where applicable.

– Payment: Charges are processed prior to dispatch. In case of cancellation post-payment, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

– Product Use: In case of an issue, do not use the product before making a claim.
